Dolce & Gabbana, Elle magazine launches luxury apartments in Miami

Miami’s streets are a track – now its corridors are too.

For years, developers have mixed fashion and lifestyle in brand projects from Fendi and Armani. But the latest trends in trendy apartments are all beautiful.

At 888 Brickell, the new Residences by Dolce & Gabbana will rise 90 stories or 1,049 feet—a record height for Miami—with 259 residences and a yet-to-be-announced 5-star hotel.

It’s all about elegance with an edge: a pastiche of NYC’s Seagram Building with midcentury Milanese by JDS Development and Studio Sofield.

The facade features ivory travertine, white stucco and matte black steel beams; at street level, the building shines in a necklace of golden beads. “This is the first residence of the Dolce & Gabbana brand in the US,” says Daniel de la Vega, president of One Sotheby’s International Realty, which is marketing the project, where prices start at $3.5 million. “There’s a lot of gold and black and I think they come together in a very elegant way.”

The brand is furnishing the interiors. “It really resonates with international buyers,” says de la Vega. “The ballrooms, the bar, the mezzanine, the lap pools, the wellness components… it’s not just beautifully designed and impeccably branded, it has incredible amenities.”

While residents at 888 will enjoy access to a Rolls Royce home, buyers at the new Rider Residences get a selection of high-end hogs. Located at 94 NE 29th St., between Wynwood, Midtown, Edgewater and the Design District, Rider is a 12-story, 146-apartment building that channels the “golden age of rock ‘n’ roll” with a “rebel style.” and $1 million in artwork (think: original art photos of nostalgic celebrities like Brigitte Bardot and David Bowie).

Channel your rock ‘n’ roll fantasies at the 12-storey Rider Residences, from $500,000, where the rebellious vibe includes a fleet of motorbikes for residents to use. cypress

“Growing up, I had a poster from the movie ‘Easy Rider’ on my wall. I wanted the taste of this,” said Diego Ojeda, president of developer Rilea Group, which plans to complete the project in 2026. “We will have a fleet of a dozen motorcycles, a mix of Harley Davidsons, Triumphs and Vespas for our residents . It’s going to be really cool to get on a Harley and cruise around Miami.”

Start the party in the building’s Vinyl Hi-Fi listening room, which features a limited-edition Brionvega Radiophonograph turntable designed by Achille Castiglioni and made in Italy.

The next morning, head to the Recovery Room on the pool deck. The cost of all that cool? Prices for a one-bedroom start around $500,000 and rise to $1.8 million for a three-bedroom leather jacket not included.
