Exclusive | Russian supermodel Irina Shayk loses $1 million from her NYC hideaway

Russian supermodel Irina Shayk — who has a daughter with Bradley Cooper — dropped nearly $1 million from her West Village home.

The three-bedroom, 2½-bathroom corner residence at 166 Perry St. is now asking $3.29 million — down from its June listing price of $4.2 million. Shayk, a former Sports Illustrated cover model with 23.7 million social media followers, bought the first-floor duplex for $1.96 million in 2010. At the time, she was dating soccer star Cristiano Ronaldo.

In 2017, Shayk and Cooper’s daughter, Lea, was born. According to reports, the couple ended their relationship two years later.

The 2,450-square-foot space opens to the first floor with a small foyer leading to a home office and powder room. There’s also an open chef’s kitchen detailed by New York designer Laura Kirar and a dining area – along with a master bedroom that comes with a spa-like bathroom and a walk-in closet.

Design details include 11-foot ceilings, wide-plank oak floors, floor-to-ceiling glass windows, and radiant heated bathroom floors. A 10-foot sliding glass pocket door separates the living area from the bedroom.

Downstairs leads to a windowless basement level containing an entertainment room. There is also a bedroom that works well as a nanny room, along with a half bath.

The home is packed with amazing high-tech features that include lighting, power shades, a security system, a temperature-controlled “smart shower” and a smart thermostat. Other details include a voice-controlled sound system.

The eight-storey glass building, designed by Asymptote Architecture, was built in 2008 – when new luxury buildings in the village were less common. It boasts a gym, storage options and a rooftop terrace with views of the skyline and Hudson River.

The listing agents are Elliot Bogod and Alexander Bogod of Broadway Realty.
